All of them: Emergency First Aid at Work, the 3-day First Aid at Work, Paediatric and Emergency Paediatric First Aid, Basic Life Support & AED, dental BLS and ILS, sports and outdoor first aid, and short awareness sessions for parents or teams. Up to 12 people per trainer on a certificated course, which keeps the hands-on practice meaningful for everyone. For bigger teams we run back-to-back groups or bring additional trainers so a whole workforce can be covered in a day. Small groups of four or five are fine too.

Just a room with enough floor space for people to kneel - a meeting room, hall or cleared office works well - and somewhere to plug in a screen if you have one. We bring the manikins, training defibrillators, bandages and all the kit, and certificates are issued on the day.

We're based in Henley-on-Thames and train on site across London and the South East, including Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Sussex. Reading, Oxford, Richmond, Chiswick and central London are all regular stops. If you're further afield, ask - we often can.

On-site courses start from £99 per person and we quote per course, so the more people you train in one session the lower the cost per head. Tell us the course, numbers and location and we'll send a fixed quote within one business day - no hidden extras for travel, kit or certificates.

Yes. Evenings, weekends, early starts and split shifts are all fine - we schedule around your rota rather than the other way round, and we can split a course across two shorter sessions if that suits your team better.
