Most practices book us for the same slot each year so it never slips.

Most practices need Basic Life Support (BLS), which covers CPR, the AED, choking, anaphylaxis and the common medical emergencies in a dental setting. If your practice provides conscious sedation, the sedation team needs Immediate Life Support (ILS), which goes further into airway management and the deteriorating patient. We run both, and can train the whole team to BLS with the sedation team staying on for the ILS element.

Yes. Everyone receives a certificate on the day showing the verifiable CPD hours, the learning outcomes and the GDC development outcome (C), plus a quality-assurance statement, so it drops straight into your CPD record. We can also supply a register for your practice compliance file.

BLS takes two to three hours and ILS around three hours, and we come to your practice so there's no travel for the team. Early mornings before the first patient, lunchtimes, after the last appointment and training days all work - we fit around your diary.

Yes. We run the scenarios with your own emergency drugs kit, oxygen and AED so the team practises with the equipment they'd actually reach for, and we'll flag anything missing or out of date while we're there. It also doubles as a useful check before a CQC inspection.
