Your first aid needs assessment decides. As a rule of thumb, higher-risk workplaces such as construction, manufacturing and warehousing, or larger sites with more than 50 staff, need the 3-day First Aid at Work qualification. Lower-risk workplaces like offices and shops are usually well served by the 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work course. Many larger businesses use a mix of both. If you're not sure, call us and we'll help you work it out.

Three days in the classroom. If your team can't spare three days, there's a blended option: around 6 hours of online learning in your own time, followed by two days of practical training in person. Both routes lead to the same qualification.

An Ofqual-regulated Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work, awarded through First Aid Awards. It meets the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and is valid for three years. The HSE strongly recommends an annual refresher in between, and you'll need to requalify before the three years are up to keep acting as a workplace first aider.

Yes. We deliver the 3-day course on site across London and the South East, scheduled around your shifts - the three days don't have to be consecutive. We bring the manikins, training defibrillators and everything else; you just need a room with space to kneel on the floor.
