A one-day Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) course at Mortlake Anglian & Alpha Boat Club, Ibis Lane, Chiswick, London W4 3UJ. Choose your date from the dropdown below.
Everything is covered in person in a single day - there is no online learning to complete. You’ll learn infant and child CPR and how to use a defibrillator, choking, the recovery position, bleeds, burns, head injuries, allergies and anaphylaxis, seizures and common childhood illnesses - taught hands-on in small groups by experienced trainers, with your certificate issued on the day.
Ideal for after-school and holiday club staff, children’s sports and swimming coaches, teaching assistants, nannies and au pairs, soft play and activity centre teams, youth group leaders, foster carers, and parents and grandparents who want a practical, hands-on day. If you need the full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid qualification for EYFS staff ratios (nurseries, pre-schools and childminders), choose our blended Paediatric First Aid course instead - it runs on the same day.
You’ll gain a nationally recognised Level 3 certificate (Ofqual, First Aid Awards UK) that lasts three years.
Free parking on site, and easy to reach from Chiswick, Mortlake, Barnes, Richmond, Hammersmith and Kew.
